Digital X-Rays

Digital X-rays are an essential diagnostic tool. They help us diagnose and treat a full range of dental health concerns before they become a larger concern for the patient. Early detection with digital X-rays can not only assist in effective treatment, but it can also save the patient costly and invasive treatment in the future. At Concierge Dental, we only use digital X-rays. They offer a variety of benefits over the traditional film-based X-rays found in other offices. Digital X-rays allow us to take highly detailed images with up to a 90 percent reduction of radiation exposure. This makes our X-rays safe for patients of all ages, including pregnant or nursing women.

CBCT Scans

Our office uses dental cone beam computed tomography, also called cone beam CT or CBCT scans. This is a special type of digital scanning equipment that we use when regular dental or facial X-rays are not sufficient for accurate diagnosis or treatment planning. Our doctors use this technology to produce highly detailed 3D images of your teeth, tooth roots, oral tissues, nerves, and jawbone.
